Introduction
Kanesbury Care is committed to providing long-term security and peace of mind for residents and their families. The Home For Life promotion ensures that your loved one can continue to live within a Kanesbury Care home even if their private funds are depleted, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility
To qualify for the Home For Life promotion, residents must meet the following criteria:
- They must be admitted as a privately paying resident
- At the time of admission, they must have sufficient private funds to cover at least three years of care fees
- While Kanesbury Care guarantees continued residence within the group, we cannot guarantee the same room or care home. A transfer may be necessary based on availability and suitability
How It Works
If a resident’s private funds are exhausted after three years of private payments, Kanesbury Care will:
- Negotiate with the local council to secure funding
- Ensure that, once an agreement is reached, the resident can continue receiving care without disruption in a Kanesbury Care home
Exclusions
This promotion does not apply in the following cases:
- Residents admitted under local authority-funded placements or any other non-private arrangements
- If the local council cannot meet the minimum contribution requirement of £1,200 per week, Kanesbury Care reserves the right to review the continuation of the resident’s stay under this scheme
- While we guarantee continued residence within a Kanesbury Care home, we cannot guarantee that the resident will remain in the same room or care home, as transfers may be necessary due to operational or care requirements
Additional Notes
- This offer applies only to new admissions under private contracts from the launch date of this promotion
- Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice
- Continued participation in this promotion is contingent upon compliance with the eligibility criteria outlined above
